Features of the Tubular Steel
Gates & Panels:
- Mitered Joints:
▪ Miltered and arc welded.
▪ Every tube is cut and tailored for a perfectly fitted connection
before it's given a permanent, 360° weld.
- "Twist-A-Lock" Latch
& Chain:
▪ Slotted latch is easy to lock and unlock, but requires twisting
action to open, so it's stock proof-can be padlocked.
▪ Chain is 27 link, 3 ft. long-wraps around railroad ties.
- High Quality
Materials:
▪ Made from 50,000 psi, high-tensile, structural steel tubing.
- 16 Gauge Tubing:
▪ Made of heavy 16 gauge tubing to hold up better and last
longer
- Z-Bar Verticals Beam
(except 4' & 6' gates):
▪ One piece, formed and punched to support crossbars.
▪ Crossbars run through the beam and are spot welded.
▪ All steel parts become one, unbroken piece.
